Its vision is to orchestrate a harmonized global ecosystem that promotes quantum-proof AI innovation, transparency, and accountability across all sectors. By uniting governments, academia, industry, and civil society, the initiative aims to shape a resilient and inclusive global governance model that safeguards digital sovereignty while accelerating sustainable scientific and economic progress.

Project Mission

The mission of the Quantum and AI Governance Global Project is to design and operationalize a state-of-the-art, deep-tech-powered orchestration layer that integrates international frameworks, standards, and protocols for dual quantum–AI deployments. It focuses on developing customized dual-use metrics, dual-automated QA/QI, and dual-precision performance indicators to ensure safety, reliability, and continuous improvement for quantum-AI deployments. The project advances interoperable, decentralized governance and monitoring systems to enable adaptive, compliant, and high-trust implementations across research, industry, and policy ecosystems.
